5 Week Fat Loss Fitness Challenge




This educational journey is designed for you to losstubborn body fat while getting in shape. We teach you how to make healthy choices which ultimately lead you to live a more fit and healthy lifestyle. 


At our first meeting, we will demonstrate how nutrition connects with both body and mind. You will learn the fundamentals in understanding how to meal prep, count calories and track macronutrientsFor 5 weeks you are assigned to a coach and nutritional specialist that provides you with the following:  


  • Personalized macronutrients intake that contributes to your allowed daily caloric intake.
  • 7 days a week online workout that can be done on your time and at your own pace.
  • Weekly check-ins and review of your caloric/macronutrients intake. 
  • Weekly body weight and body measurements taken on your own (except for the first and last date of the challenge).
  • Full access to Alpha World Fitness bootcamps (for those located in Cyprus). 
  • Online option available!
