ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!
We are NOT A GYM. Our focus is on functional group training utilizing biomechanics – finding the most economical way to make the body more efficient.
At our group classes you will experience:
- Group warm-up followed by a type of skill work
- Workout of the Day (WOD)
- Body weight movements
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combining aerobic, anaerobic, and resistance training
- Weight training that incorporates the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and much more
Combining these art forms will not only help you reach your personal fitness goal, but also show you your true potential. Whether this is your first time experiencing a group bootcamp or you have advanced training, ALL fitness levels are welcome!
