Semi-Personal training is an affordable way to achieve your fitness goals at your convenience and preferred time – you can set the schedule and workout with people you feel comfortable with. So grab a friend, share the cost, and hold each other accountable!
Semi-Personal training consists of a full one hour session and depending on availability you can train up to 5 days per week.

2X per Week – 60 euro/month
3X per Week – 80 euro/month
ALPHA PASS = 5X per Week – 120 euro
